I love how the rainy season always brings out a crazy amount of creativity in the kids. On rainy days, water flows down the canal where they live, so they're forced to find another house.

This year, they made a tent on the side of the canal and filled it with discarded mattresses and foam bits that they scavenged from garbage piles.

They are creative! Yesterday "my" kids showed me the holes they crawl into, up under the bridge. As if conditions weren't bad enough already...
Yeah, there are a few young ones. The little guy in the green shirt is the cutest thing... I wish I could just put him in my pocket and take him with me.
Ahh, yes, the holes. We have a hole, too. It's normally where all their dogs have puppies. :)
